This Food Protection Manager Exam has been developed to meet the American National Standards Institute - Conference for Food Protection (ANSI-CFP) requirements by training experts with the guidance of health department food safety officials and food management professionals. It is periodically updated to stay current with food codes and to improve quality.

The in-person Food Manager course allows you to learn the materials online at your own pace. When you are ready to take the final exam to earn your certificate, you will need to coordinate with your Lowe's Market / Food King trainer to schedule and attend an in-person exam. The final exam is taken on a computer at a location determined by the company with a live person proctoring the exam.
