  • Chemicals
  • Knives
  • Meat Bandsaw
  • Meat Grinder
  • Meat Slicer
  • Meat Tenderizer
  • Proper Lifting

You may take the Meat Department courses in any order and when time allows. Check with your manager to get information about any company or regulatory deadlines to complete the courses and get certified.

how Do I get Started?

Once you have signed up for the bundle, you can get started. When you first access your courses, you will need to select a course from the dropdown list at the top of the page.

Once you have completed a course, you may select another. Repeat until you have finished all the courses. Your manager can review your training progress via the Responsible Training learning management system. You can view your own progress in the Certificates page in your account and also download your certificates of completion.

How do these courses work?

Each course in this bundle awards you a certificate of completion when you finish the course and pass the exam. To successfully complete a course, you must view all pages and then take a multiple choice exam, which you must pass with 70% to be awarded a certificate. If you don't pass the final exam the first time, no problem! You may retake both the training course and the exam, or skip the course and retake the exam as many times as you need.
